1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Service on cnd88. By creating an Account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. cnd88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified. 21+

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The cnd88 Platform is operated for and directed primarily at players residing in Indonesia. By registering an Account, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

2.3 Restricted Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on cnd88:

• Individuals under the age of 21;
• Individuals who are self-excluded from cnd88 or from any gambling service pursuant to a self-exclusion request;
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of cnd88 or its affiliated partners and game providers;
• Individuals acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organised group without prior written consent from cnd88;
• Individuals who have been notified by cnd88 that their Account has been permanently closed.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on cnd88. Duplicate accounts are identified during the KYC process and are subject to immediate closure. Any Balance, including winnings and Bonus Funds, held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact cnd88 support immediately.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the cnd88 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, and mobile phone number. Registration information must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.

3.2 KYC Verification

cnd88 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing the first withdrawal. Verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, or passport) and proof of address. cnd88 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and to notify cnd88 promptly of any changes. cnd88 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep Account information current. Any misrepresentation of identity, age, or residency during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.

3.4 Account Activation

Account activation is completed by clicking the verification link sent to your registered email address. Until your email address is verified, certain Account features, including deposits and withdrawals, may be restricted.

4 Account Security

4.1 Credentials & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cnd88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. 4.2 Shared Device Warning

You must not access your cnd88 Account from any shared, public, or untrusted device or network. cnd88 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.3 Session Security

cnd88 applies automatic session timeout after a period of inactivity as a security measure. All login sessions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all Account holders.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cnd88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in IDR. No currency conversion is applied.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. cnd88 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time, with reasonable notice provided on the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may be subject to the receiving bank's internal clearing schedules. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited faster than bank transfers. cnd88 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC identity verification;
• Clearance of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds;
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by cnd88 support;
• cnd88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

5.5 Funds Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your cnd88 Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. cnd88 reserves the right to suspend Account access pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent or suspicious financial activity and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on cnd88 are subject to specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, time limits for completion, and maximum bonus conversion caps. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times stated in the relevant promotion terms before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real money. For the avoidance of doubt, real-money funds in your Balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to Clause 5.4, regardless of whether Bonus Funds remain subject to an active Wagering Requirement.

New Account holders who complete their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the cnd88 Welcome Bonus, currently offered as a 100% deposit match up to Rp 2.000.000. The Welcome Bonus is applied automatically and is subject to the Wagering Requirements and game eligibility restrictions published on the Welcome Bonus promotion page. The Welcome Bonus is available once per Player per household and IP address.

6.4 Abuse & Fraud

cnd88 reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has abused bonus terms, exploited promotional structures, employed prohibited betting patterns, or coordinated with other Players to obtain bonus value in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at cnd88's sole discretion.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation & Live Dealer Games

7.4 Disputed Outcomes

Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. cnd88's decision on disputed outcomes is final and binding on the Player once the internal review process has been completed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cnd88 Platform. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance:

• Registering under a false name or identity, or providing any materially inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering more than one Account per person or household;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanism to exploit game outcomes, bonus structures, or Platform features;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Money laundering, depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, or structuring transactions to avoid financial monitoring obligations;
• Transferring Account funds or wagering on behalf of a third party without explicit written consent from cnd88;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward cnd88 staff or other players via any support or communication channel;
• Circumventing any Platform access restriction, self-exclusion order, or geographical block.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitations of Liability

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

11.3 Third-Party Services

cnd88 is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners whose services are integrated into the Platform. Each third-party provider is independently responsible for the operation and integrity of its own products and payment infrastructure.

11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your cnd88 Account. You agree to wager only funds you can afford to lose, and cnd88 accepts no liability for financial loss incurred through lawful gaming activity on the Platform.

12 Privacy & Data

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any legal proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms must be initiated within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim.

14.4 Language

These Terms & Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
